But what is Blogger?
Blogger is a simple and free tool that allows you to create and publish online content. It's a content management system that's quite easy to use when configuring and customizing posts and the blog to your liking. To get started, you only need a Google account, since Blogger blogs are hosted on Google servers under the blogspot.com domain. Basically, it's a service that lets you write articles and publish content accompanied by video or audio files through forms. Instead of manually writing HTML code, users can publish their posts by filling out a simple publishing form. Here are some of Blogger's features:
• Editing posts through simple publishing forms.
• Designing templates to modify the aesthetic appearance of the blog and posts without needing HTML coding knowledge.
• Choosing templates for mobile devices.
• The ability to publish on custom domains, meaning you can change the default publishing address. (blogspot.com) to any internet domain chosen by the users.
• Add images, videos, and audio using the post editor.
• Receive comments on blog posts and pages.
• Publish and categorize posts on blog pages using tags.
• Analyze statistical reports and integrate with Google Analytics to measure web analytics, providing detailed information such as visits by country, browser, and operating system, the number of visits to our posts and pages, and traffic sources.
• Integrate with Google+ to share content directly on Google+ profiles or pages, and to count +1s clicked on blog posts.
• Manage blogs with multiple authors, facilitating the creation of collaborative blogs.
• Manage public or restricted access to blogs. Blogger can also be integrated with Google Docs, and Google's acquisition of Picasa allows you to publish content directly from documents and albums to Blogger.
