Zucchini is one of the most underrated vegetables. Due to its watery and rather crumbly texture, there is little you can do with it. But I think I have a very interesting recipe in store that you will love 🙏❤️😎
Zucchini pie without baking 💚
Ingredients:
for the cakes
🥒 2 kg zucchini
🥒 2 eggs
🥒 5 tbsp flour
for the cream
🥒 2-3 sprigs of mint or your favorite greens
🥒 1 lemon
🥒 800 g cream cheese or soft cottage cheese 8%-10%
🥒 2-3 tbsp sour cream
