As discussed in our previous videos, we learnt about integrating omly one sensor to experiment and learn basic structure of sensor integration with the Arduino using Tinkercad. Integrating a sensor is a simple yet essential activity that has to be learnt for the further understanding of the Embedded systems.
The support of the virtual simulation environment Tinkercad has been one of the important tools since we are able to visualize the behaviour of the system through virtual design with code. The learning process is immense when we do it hands-on. There are a lot of options available in the tool for the integration of 2 sensors with Arduino [push button and potentiometer]. The design and process of configuration is shared in the video for a beginner to understand and absorb the core knowledge.
Let's use the preprocessor directives and start our coding. Using the set of instructions, we have to write the desired code in the Arduino IDE. Here we are focusing on using different instructions and commands as indicated in the video. After the code is compiled, upload the Arduino code to Tinkercad platform. Start the simulation once everything is set. And, now you can observe the two sensors are successfully integrated. Try to experiment with other sensors as well with the basic knowledge learnt so far and do let us know in the comment session.
