I was paying $350 a week on three freelance editors for a channel making zero dollars. So I set up Claude as my editing assistant inside DaVinci Resolve. This is the full setup, start to finish. It handles first-pass assembly and cuts. It gets things wrong at the seam, and you fix those by hand. That's the point. Agent editing with you still in the chair. IMPORTANT: As of 7/28/26 this method REQUIRES the Studio Version of DaVinci Resolve.
