TOR Browser Linux Mint Cinnamon 19.2 with Menu Entry
Does not install TOR as TOR runs from its own folders. No PPA's or such needed. We create a Menu entry for a professional finish.

TOR will update its self each time you run it. I couldn't get TOR working on Cinnamon earlier so the other video was for Mate and XFCE, maybe some updates helped or I was doing something wrong as I am not a Cinnamon user, regardless it now works and that's all that matters.
To remove TOR, delete the folder and remove the menu entry. Enjoy.
