Despite the issues Cyberpunk 2077 had at launch, I still enjoyed my time in Night City and that enjoyment is even better now that I can play this handheld on the Steam Deck! I'm using the graphic setting "Steam Deck" and the game doesn't look bad. Driving around the map I can get 30fps, while on foot and combat gives me solid 40fps.
