Possible Headphone Audio Echo Fix
Possible fix to echo in your laptop headphones, applies to Dell laptops, Realtek audio, Maxx audio.
In short, disable Bass Boost from the Maxx Audio Pro control panel. It should stay off at least until the next restart.
Better yet, disable Maxx Audio entirely and install generic drivers manually through your Device Manager...but that's a little more involved.
