Step 1: Log in WordPress and check the Media Library Maximum upload file size
Step 2: Log in cPanel and go to software click MultiPHP INI Editor. Configure PHP INI basic settings select location your domain. Check memory_limit and upload_max_filesize. If all are 2MB and 128MB are default. Now you can follow the step 3.
Step 3: Go to file manager
click on public_html
Edit your wp-config.php file-
define(' WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' );
Step 4: Edit your .user.ini file or php.ini file
post_max_size = 20M
Step 5: Go to wp-includes folder-
