Select Date: if you want to start it in future or on specific date
Leave Empty: if you don't want to start it in future or on specific date
Admin can select the date of discount end
Select Date: if you want to end it in future or on specific date
Leave Empty: if you don't want to end it in future
Admin can select if the guest can also avail the first discount
