Finally, the amnesty we've been waiting for: here's how to regularize pre-1977 changes.
Before 1977, the institution of "variations during construction" did not exist, and it was common practice not to communicate changes made during construction compared to the approved project.
For this reason, discrepancies between the existing state and the project are common in older buildings, and until recently, these irregularities were difficult to remediate.
