Sam Newton has teamed with Vincero Collective allowing people from across the globe with all sorts of styles, skill levels, and passions to participate in an editing contest. There are so many unbelievable edits, but here's my take on it!
I struggled at first trying to lay out some sort of plan for what shots I wanted to use, getting it all to flow, and the music and sounds to fit together. I am really happy with how it turned out and it was a lot of fun using their footage! I don't have a professional background in video editing, I do this for love and passion (but it would be nice to make this part of my professional career)!
Side note: this was created on iMovie, and it goes to show that you can put together incredible videos even with limited creative potential. I am transitioning into Premiere Pro though!
