RoopChand / Rupchanda - Curry also known as Fresh Water Pomfret .This single bone freshwater fish and have no strong odour. They are mainly fried or steamed. These fish are packed with protein and omega acid. This helps you to build a healthy body. I prepare rupchanda fish curry and i use cauliflower to enhance taste. Please make it in home and tell me about taste.
Ingredients:-
Rupchanda Fish- 700gm
Mustard Oil- 5 Tbsp
Onion- 3 small
Green Chili- 3
Ginger- 1 inch
Garlic pieces - 10
Cauliflower- 1 big
Potatoes- 4 to 5
Coriander Powder- 1 Tbsp
Cumin Powder- 1 Tbsp
Turmeric powder- 1 and 1/2 Tbsp
Tomato Paste- 2
Sugar- 1/2 Tsp(Not mandatory)
coriander leaves- 1 small bunch
Garam Masala Powder- 1/2 Tsp
Salt to taste
