Understanding how to determine a meaningful liquidity pool is crucial before investing in any coin. Here's how I approach it: First, identify the top three liquidity pools for the coin in question. Although sources like coin market cap don't always offer perfect data, they give a pretty good indication.
For example, I found a coin with total liquidity pools of $989K, $297K, and $17K. The first pool, nearing a million dollars, shows promise, but the others at $297K and $17K are far from meaningful.
You might ask, "How do you know what’s meaningful?" A quick method is to compare against top-performing coins. Of course, we're not aiming to find pools at that high of a level but looking for something a bit undervalued but still meaningful. This way, you get into coins with significant liquidity without jumping into the overcrowded ones.
