Lush, soft and delicious chocolate cake with pears! The recipe is very simple and inexpensive. To prepare, just mix everything and put it in the oven! Ideal pastries for tea or coffee. Be sure to try it. Bon appetit!
RECIPE:
Pears – 2 pieces;
Eggs C1 – 3 pieces;
Sugar – 120 grams;
Kefir – 120 grams;
Vegetable oil – 60 ml;
Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp. spoons;
Flour – 200 grams;
Baking powder – 10 grams;
Vanilla sugar – ½ teaspoon;
Salt – ¼ teaspoon;
Almond petals – 1 tbsp. spoon;
Powdered sugar – 1 tbsp. spoon.
PREPARATION:
1. Peel the pears, remove the stem, and the seed pod and cut into small pieces.
2. In a separate container, beat eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and salt with a mixer until the sugar dissolves.
3. Pour kefir and vegetable oil into the egg-sugar mixture and mix the mixture at low mixer speed.
4. Add cocoa powder, flour and baking powder to the liquid ingredients. Mix everything with a spatula until the ingredients are combined.
5. Finally, add pear pieces and mix everything again.
6. Transfer the dough into a 25x11x10 cm muffin tin, greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.
7. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Adjust the baking time according to your oven. Check the readiness of the cake with a wooden skewer.
8. Allow the finished cake to cool on a wire rack, sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired, cut into pieces and serve.
