Tender cheesecakes/curd pancakes in a frying pan.
These syrniki/tvorozhniki are tender and delicious.
If you don't have much cottage cheese left, make delicious syrniki.
5% cottage cheese - I used 260 g
egg - 1
salt - a pinch
sugar - 1 heaping teaspoon; if you like it sweeter, add sugar to taste
sour cream - 1 tbsp
baking soda - 0.5 tsp
vanillin to taste
flour - 2 tbsp
semolina - 2 tbsp spoons (semolina can be substituted with flour)
Mash the cottage cheese with a spoon.
Beat the egg with salt and sugar, add to the cottage cheese.
Add sour cream, baking soda, vanilla, semolina, and flour, mix well.
Let the cottage cheese dough sit for 20 minutes to allow the semolina to swell.
Form circles, roll in flour, and fry in a frying pan
in sunflower oil until golden brown on both sides.
