Target macros for dark summoner, Jandice, Illucia, Alexei, the Ravenian
Each clear takes about 15 minutes. With exiting, vendoring and resetting, you can do 3 runs/hour.
Here's a breakdown of total loot after doing 3 runs:
pure gold + vendor = 225g
runecloth 26 stacks 10g/stack = 260g
17 dark rune 20g each = 340g
3 aquamarine 25g each = 75g
20 thick leather 70s each = 14g
47 rugged leather 1.2g each = 56g
108 bone fragments = 30g
53 crypt fiend parts = 25g
1 Journeyman's Backpack = 20g
3 enchant weapon lifestealing = 225g
2 pristine black diamond = 30g
3 BoE blues = 70g
Skullflame Shield = 2600g (world drop so will not be included in total)
Total 1370g.
You will also occasionally find Flask of supreme power (value ~400g) from Ras, and Ace of portals (value ~500g) from Gandling which will bump up your gold/hour even further.
