Issue 41. Slab alignment on a homemade flatbed milling planer Yashin-3
The video is dedicated to the alignment of a 1600x320x45 mm elm slab on a flatbed milling machine for woodworking based on a manual milling machine СМТ7Е and CNC machine components.
The slab is fastened to the perforated panel of the machine using original fixing clamps (Slab Clamping Dogs) from Woodpeckers (USA), specially designed for fastening slabs.
If you wish to replicate one of the Yashin series machines with a manual milling cutter from Yashin-3 to Yashin-10 and to purchase the corresponding documentation developed in the Unified System for Design Documentation (ESKD), containing drawings, a detailed specification of components for ordering, information about suppliers of components, as well as other materials that allow you to manufacture the machine yourself, write to me at [email protected] and I will send you a written review of the Yashin series machines (except for Yashin-5M and Yashin-9), which will help you choose your future machine.
