Day 10 Good Soup Summer
Gazpacho Cold Soup 10
Tomato Gazpacho
Ingredients:
-2 cups concasse Tomato
-1 cup roasted red bell pepper
-2 tbsp pasted garlic
-1/4 cup pasted jalapeño
-lime juice to taste
-1/2 cup olive oil
-salt to taste
Brunoise everything and mix. You can also give it a slight blitze with a stick blender to get more soupy consistency.
(Garnish)
-cilantro
-cotija cheese
-cucumber
-jalapeño powder
-olive oil
