Test Play in OFFLINE mode to see what Star Citizen looks without a frame cap.

Copy the Text to clipboard.
Right Click the Desktop and select create New shortcut.
Paste the text and hit enter Twice.
If you launch with that icon.
Will Work on Default Install Location.
