Robotic & Automated Spray Booth for Panoramic Frame - RNA has developed a semi-automated spray booth to apply an adhesive coverage to the panoramic steel frame and adjoining parts.

The spray booth is designed based on a six-axis robot with a fixed spray head. The automation combines picking and placing tasks with outfeed conveyor systems for the panoramic steel frame to be air-dried.
