ServiceNow is a Cloud service for IT workflow automation. Network customers typically use ServiceNow for performing Inventory Management using CMDB integration, Incident management for tracking support tickets, and Change Management for tracking and approving changes to their infrastructure.
In this demo we will see how Big Cloud Fabric (BCF) integrates with these offerings from ServiceNow and can be part of ServiceNow workflow automation.
We will start by showing how BCF integrates with CMDB and can add physical fabric components like leaf and spine switches and logical components like Tenants or VPCs for complete inventory management, then we will see how BCF can integrate with ServiceNow Change Management workflows with approval by showing how one can add/replace switches and create dedicated EVPC or Tenant for app deployment and finally we will showcase how BCF can integrates with Incident Management workflows from ServiceNow
