Here are a few clips and tips on the Assassin Stealth character build with some stealth armor in Fallout 4. I go over the advantages of the stealth armor, talk about followers / companions, and go over the types of guns to use for this build.
Stealth / invisible armor is called "Chameleon Armor" in the game.
As for followers I personally use them, however they will blow your sneak at some point.
Weapons - You may use many different types of weapons but be sure to keep a silenced weapon with you at all times.
For those wondering, I was level 15 at the time of this video, so there are still a lot of perks that I did not have yet that will benefit this playstyle even more.

Ending / Late Game Build:
Strength - 3 (+1 from bobblehead,+1 from lvl up, able to access the Armorer perk)
Perception - 5+ (+1 bobblehead, lvl this higher late game if needed)
Endurance - 4 (+1 bobblehead)
Charisma - 4+ (+1 bobblehead, +1 Special book point, lvl this higher if needed)
Intelligence - 6 (+1 bobblehead, able to access Science perk)
Agility - 11 (+1 Bobblehead)
Luck - 4 (+1 bobblehead, able to access Mysterious Stranger perk)
For Melee Characters
If you would like to use melee simply go for a higher strength and get the Sneak + Blitz perks as early as possible.
