If you play my arrangement on video, I will feature you on my channel!
This is the first time since May that I've not uploaded for 10+ days. I do apologize, everyone; hopefully this won't happen again for a very long time. I lacked motivation to learn anything or record new videos thanks to uni.
Originally I was going to learn a more difficult variant of this melody ("Moon In One's Cup"), but since I was on a time constraint, I decided to visit this much easier, but equally beautiful piece. In order to slap some creativity into this thing outside of a simple transcription, I decided to change up some of the chords (you see that G9? haha) and fill some of them out a bit more. Additionally, I wanted to go for a bit more power after the intro to get some expansion up in here, so that part will be less focused on the broken chords. Close to the end, I wanted to have it close out on a slightly different progression, so I did a Bbm6 to Fsus2 instead. To wrap it all up, this entire piece is played slower than the original. Makes it even prettier, imo, but tell me what you think! You can always put it on 1.25X to make it original speed, lmao.
This video will feature three repeats, one each for my regular CFX sample, a guzheng sample, and Spitfire's Soft Piano. I hope you enjoy all three sounds!
Coming up this week: a piano/vocal cover feat. Lisa again!
I may start working on a certain battle theme as well...
As always, 楽しんでください。
