Fallout 3 - High Resolution Pipboy/Terminal UI Mod Showcase
This mod eliminates UI cut off in the Pipboy, and renders all UI elements at your native resolution. This means sharp font among other things.

Requirement: FOSE v1.3 b2. Very easy to install. No mod manager required.
UI by default is rendered at 720p no matter what resolution you're playing on, which is why it looks blurry and there is cut off of elements in any interface.
