This driver should try out for nascar. He did everything within his powere NOT to drive safely. If he had picked a lane and stayed in it, he probably would have gotten there at the same time. The speed limit in many of these instances was only 45 due to the sharp turns going into the capitol. This was aug 24 2011 at 0955am. Sad that this driver failed in his obligation to drive safely.
