🇵🇭Only in the Philippines It's more fun in the Philippines! Had to stop to see why there were so many vehicles pulled off the side of the road? Only to finally realize that's the style of the locals when they aren't in compliance with ALL of the vehicle regulations. Usually it's a case of "No Drivers License" or "Registration" ! They simply pull off the road & wait until the checkpoint closes and then go on their merry way.
Funny instances that you see ONLY the Philippines!
