Let's talk about V43 Midlane Lt Belica.
First let me say I am blaming every missed shot of v43 lag! ... but its prob just me...
Lt. Belica got a nerf in V43 but you cannot really tell she still feels just as strong as ever and she is a nightmare to deal with for most other casters.
I try out a pretty standard caster deck for Belica midlane and although I made a few mistakes we had a great game!
