The practice utilizes interesting new energies (frequencies from the 4th Block and Subtle Hutta technologies), coming from high levels and high dimensions. The work is focused on the higher energy centers (6, 7, and higher).
This session is for those who have embarked on a spiritual path. It is for development, awakening, insight, and expansion of perception.

For those not involved in energy practices, ideally, 3-5 sessions are recommended. How to perform them (alternate, or choose one session and perform it in a short cycle) depends on your feelings and needs. Only then proceed to the spiritual awakening session.
◉ Why is it so important to prepare for a session?
— If you are unprepared, it will be difficult (the body may compensate through illness);
— You will achieve a more powerful result.
The energies used in the session are very high-frequency. Therefore, confusion, a healing crisis, and exacerbation of illnesses are possible.
When attending a session, observe how your sensations and perceptions change. After completing a cycle of sessions, after 3-4 months, analyze the past period to see what has changed during this time.
You can then work with this session as needed, based on your goals and objectives—1-2 times a year. But don't forget to alternate it with other sessions (I gave the recommendations above).
