HOW TO Fix APEX LEGENDS Error Code CE-34878-0 Menu Not Loading & PS4 EA Server Connection problem. Apex Games was not launching poast the home screen or should I say boot screen. In this method I unpluged my internet from my PS4 launched Apex game and then once in the main menu pressed X to connect to the EA servers. I belive ther was some sort of connection error or issue with my PlayStation Network account and EA servers and by disconnecting and reconnecting my internet while in the home menu it fixed the issue.
