Watching this video will show you how to create a modern data entry form using the appropriate tools in Excel and VBA for Excel.
In the video, I'll use the "Conditional Formatting" tool to highlight values that have been entered or are waiting to be entered. This tool will also be useful for creating a progress bar (StatusBar/ProgressBar), which will indicate how much data has already been entered. After creating the form, we'll write several procedures that will transfer data to a new sheet (row by row). All entered data will be checked to ensure it has actually been entered before transferring it.
