Asians don't actually have eye folds. If you look closely at the eyes of people with large eyes, you'll see that their eye muscles are folded, which is called a double eyelid. But with Chinese people, it's different. They don't have a fold in their eyelid muscles, which makes their eyes appear very small. This fold formed to protect the eyes from harsh weather and reduce the damage from ultraviolet radiation.
