5 exercise of the Ba Duan Jing complex “Torso of the body relieves stress” - stimulates the work of the Du Mai meridian, which runs along the spine, and relieves stress.

Shaking your head - stimulates the Da Zhui point, which is located in the occipital part of the neck, as well as shaking your head regulates the circulation of internal energy and relieves stress.

During the movement of the body and pelvis from side to side - the abdominal and cervical spine are retracted, bent and deployed. This involves the muscles around the neck, abdomen, hips and buttocks.

Also, the 5th exercise of the Ba Duan Jing complex “Torso of the body relieves stress” increases and improves Qi circulation and blood supply in the pelvic organs.
