My brother was given a promise ring by his girlfriend's grandmother a couple weeks ago. He was told by her grandmother that it would mean a lot if he would keep it in the family. He was already planning on proposing with an engagement ring this summer, but now doesn't know how to give the promise ring to her. He is worried that his girlfriend will think that he is proposing when he pulls out a ring or a box. What should he do?
