Rapid Resolve - Adding an Outside Node
The Outside node is used often with a Power Window or a qualification and comes down stream of these things. For example, if you place a Power Window on a node, and want to adjust everything outside of that Power Window, you would place an outside node downstream of that node to adjust the Power Window’s inverse.
The Outside node uses the previous node’s information to make changes to the opposite area of the key or selection.
You can add an outside node by:
1. Select the first node (the one with the Power Window). Control-click on the node - Add Outside Node.
2. Select the first node (the one with the Power Window). Press Option/Alt-O.
3. Via the menu, select the first node (the one with the Power Window). Color - Nodes - Add Outside Node.
