Guide to Overloading Equipment | Goddess of Victory: Nikke
The whole overloading equipment UI is a bit confusing even after the latest updates. So, in this video, I'll show you what each of the buttons do when you convert a Tier 9 Manufacturer equipment to overload equipment.
** explanation on the value tiers **
There are 15 attribute tiers for each Effect: https://i.imgur.com/rDcCopH.png
The total chance for tier 1~5 is 60%, 6~10 is 35%, and 11~15 is 5%.
When first converting from T9 Manufacturer into Overload, the "value" of the Effects are tier 11.
