Good day to you friends as always i hope you are doing fantastic! Today genshin released a new 4.5 update and with that also released a new character chiori, 3 new banners, Chiori event banner, Arataki itto event banner and chronicle event banner where you can chose multiple 5stars as designated wish promotional character. We also received a new main story line, few new pieces of weapons and a hangout event. all of that and more in this video, but i do need your help to chose wheater i should wait for phase 2 and try to pull Neuvillete or Kazuha or should i go for Chiori or Itto?
