It's 2007, December. We have only a few songs in our arsenal that we have made. One of them was "Devils Revenge". And it was written in a very interesting way. Then Kirill first opened the sequencer "Fruity Loops" (Now FL Studio) and began to hammer drum samples into square, pretty places. What a metronome and grid were was then completely beyond the realm of reason, since the drums were converted and transferred to “Reaper”, and there the guitar and everything else were written under it! After writing the track, the most powerful question arises about filming a powerful video!) Naturally, at that time we were inspired by the groups IMMORTAL Cradle Of Filth DEICIDE and many others. And then the moment came when we had to think about how to film everything! At that time we didn’t have a drummer yet, and indeed no idea what to shoot with!
Since the entire team, roughly speaking, is from the same area, everyone lived nearby
Kirill, Zheka Lived in the same house, in neighboring entrances. Seryoga and Andryukha lived in neighboring houses, so our meetings were very frequent and our ideas were similar! And then one evening we decided to talk about the script, but the question was what to shoot with! And then Andryukha said that he had a good digital device, in 5MG)! Honestly, we were very happy then and it was really cool! And so we write a script about how the Devil possesses a person and successfully kills all the members of the gang. Surely you thought that Gopnik killed the metalheads, but....NO!!!)
There was a problem with the cast, and then Kirill invited a neighbor who lived three floors above named Denis to play the role!!!)) It’s a pity Denis was not found in contact, but we know that he now lives safely in Germany and everything is fine with him! So Seryoga - Safely acquired a “Zombie” guitar in the Passage store in the same place Andryukha eventually acquired a mega cool black bass guitar “Cort”. And so we decide to shoot this video. And where? of course, in the best traditions of any metal, the neighbor’s basement (in which the lights were not on and we illuminated everything with a 40-watt home lamp), the roof of our house with picturesque places and the very picturesque beauty of the Tiraspol region itself. I still wonder how they didn’t give us PI.YULY back then, because we painted our faces with gouache
and it was so good that in the cold my face just felt tight and all the paint fell off and I had to touch it all up right there on the spot!
By the way, in the video there is also a homemade kitchen knife and a bottle of ketchup and the counter that I mentioned above) The filming took place for one day, the desire to be cool was higher than any weather conditions and especially stress! Unfortunately, Andrei was not in the picture since he went to the village and could not participate with us(
When we filmed everything, it was time to edit, Kirill edited it and Zheka helped him, the whole thing went smoothly in the Movie Maker program, but all the super effects that you see were made by Seryoga much later) And when we did what you see now , though it was much worse than what was done now, since the video was all in squares and with cruel light.
