It contains all the info you might need to farm at the League starter such as Scarabs / Sextants - Maps mods to avoid, ways to boost quantity, anoints for rings, which towers to build, what currency and Div cards (both The Doctor and The Apothecary can drop) you can expect etc.
Both Blight in Atlas and Blighted maps still a great Early Game farming strategy in 3.23 Affliction which can bring you a lot of oils including Golden and Silver ones and can handle potential big drops such as The Doctor or even The Apothecary divination cards.
It also contains a lot of Stacked Decks and gem drops such as Enlighten or Empower.
It is also pretty easy to complete at any build as you can see in my No Items (except rings) run in the video.
With all of it you can make a stable Divine profit and hope for something big to drop as well.
