Red Dead Redemption is able to run at a correct 60 FPS on PC using Xenia, an Emulator for the Xbox 360.
This was made possible using new optimisations and improvements provided by Developer TriΔng3l to the DirectX12 Branch and by removing the Vsync limit on the game within the emulator.
