Fix Error (3194) When Restoring in iTunes

First, close iTunes, then..
Locate the Hosts file, navigate to...
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
After you are there, open hosts, and delete everything on the bottom, mainly the gs.apple.com hosts. Then open iTunes, and restore
