CHROME Replica - Case Restoration Process
Do you have a patient that needs full arch but can’t afford final prosthetic? Do you need a full arch segmented treatment option to aid in your patient treatment acceptance rate? Look no further than CHROME Replica! It utilizes the regular CHROME workflow with cost-effective finals that are more affordable for both doctor and patient.
Perform CHROME “business as usual”. During surgery the doctor picks up the RAPID Appliance and holds it until the time of prosthetic final conversion. When that time comes, seat, equilibrate, reline PVS the RAPID Appliance and send it with the opposing and bite.
From this, we will make two Long-Term Provisional screw down prosthetics that the patient can wear during the healing phase. This allows the patient to save up for a final zirconia prosthesis.
