Why is Arteezy spaming Ursa in 7.23 ?
Ursa was a hero that died in patch 7.22 . Even though he is a fast hero he felt underwhelming and would fall off really quickly. In this new meta of eartshock giving mobility and abysal blade being really strong feels as if Ursa is back at being great !
