The latest World of Warcraft patch 8.2 has introduced a bug with the new quest, A Tempered Blade. The bug is that once the objective has been met, the quest cannot be completed. Hopefully, this will be hotfixed soon but in the meantime here is a nice easy workaround. Thanks to the Wowhead community for figuring this out.
