Part 2 of 10 | What Makes Me Different
I challenged myself on what makes me different to other business coaches and mentors within the mental health and allied health space and came up with the following:
The fact that I am a fully registered Psychologist providing business coaching and mentoring services to predominantly mental health group private practice owners. As such, my own discipline, background and experience matches my coaching and mentoring services. I so wish that I had access to a psychologist who did business coaching FOR other Psychologist and Mental Health Professionals when I first started my practice all those years ago. Geez, it would have made things so much easier. Being a business coach and mentor that knows the ethics, knows the AHPRA rules and regulations, knows the industry specific challenges (insert Medicare, NDIS, etc) is an absolute must and saves hours and hours of unnecessary discussion and time-wasting.
