Minorities Compete In A Minecraft Gameshow
In this video, I brought together 32 of my fans to participate in the Trog Games - a series of mini-games where participants will compete against rival groups to see which one is best at minecraft.
The mini games are:
1. Build Battle - This will be a test of creativity. You and your teammates will be teleported into a room and given creative mode. In there, you must build a base for your team. The base will be judged on 3 criterea:
i. Aesthetics - how good it looks
ii. Cool factor - hidden rooms, redstone contraptions, art, etc
iii. on brand-ness - how much it fits your team's theme
2. Maze Runner - a mix of pvp and keeping your directions straight, in this event
i. Players will be shrunk to 1/10th height of normal player, then be teleported to a maze. They must find their way to the end of the maze to complete it, and a team completes the maze once ALL members of the team complete the maze.
ii. PvP will be on for this event, so grouping up and killing the other teams could be to your advantage
iii. if killed you will spawn back in the starting room and be forced to start the maze from the beginning
3. Chunk wars - each team will be spawned on a singular chunk in the void, and forced to survive, and kill other players.
i. the ring will be slowly closing, so it is in your interest to move towards the center island
ii. chests are scattered about the arena, build to them to find goodies
iii. last team alive is awarded points, but is not guaranteed the win because each team will be awarded points for placement and kill count
4. UHC
i. Teams will have a grace period to collect items and gear, then will be forced to fight
ii. classic UHC, many of the mechanics are the same
5. Parkour - teams will be required to complete a parkour course, and this will be scored based on individual placement, not last on team to complete like the maze minigame
i. pvp will be off, but all teams will be doing the course at the same time
ii. approx 30 minutes, if it goes too long I will stop it and score people based on how far they made it
6. Dropper
i. you will be transported to the top of the world in a room, you must exit the room and fall down to the water below, avoiding obstacles
ii. the team with minimum deaths will win, NOT the team to complete it the fastest
