This circuit can be easily made at home. You can made it too. It take some components to make it, which I used.
1. 555 Timer IC
2. IRFZ44 MOSFET
3. 100 K Potentiometer
4. 100 Ohm Resistor
5. 1N4007 Diode
6. 1 K Resistor
7. 104pF capacitor
8. DC Motor
9. Breadboard
10. Some Jumper Wire
