We spoke with the cast of Alex Garland's new film Civil War, and Kirsten Dunst explained that she had to convince her husband, Jesse Plemons, to take on the role of a hateful, bigoted soldier. The role (and one particular scene) were that disturbing to him. Civil War was released in theaters April 12, 2024 from A24.
