How to Install Printers on Windows in 2023
In this video, I'll show you how to install printers on Windows.
Today, we're back with a short video dedicated to installing printers on Windows. Whether it's HP, EPSON, Canon, Brother, or other brand printers, the installation procedure is practically the same, regardless of the brand.
At the end of this video, you'll have a perfect understanding of how to install printers on Windows in 2023.
Whether you're a computer novice or simply want to brush up on your skills, you've come to the right place.
Installation steps:
-Properly plug in and turn on your printer.
-Connect your printer to your PC using the USB cable provided with your printer.
-Check that the printer is properly connected in Device Manager.
-Retrieve the printer name.
-Install the printer driver.
-Install the driver.
-Configure your printer.
-Check that the printer is properly installed by going to Printers and Scanners.
We used the example of installing the HP LaserJet 100 Color MFP M175 PCL6 printer.
