Print&Share CQ - capture and save a print job for support
In this video show you how to configure Print&Share CQ to capture a print job. This print job can be sent to support when asked for. We use the method of setting a profile to release manually instead of auto release, which is the default. When we print to a CQ print queue, the profile is being used and the print job is not being processed until you release it manually.
In case of multiple profiles: keep the order of profile execution in your mind. Place the profile at the top so that the profile gets executed first and/or link the CQ print queue directly to the profile.
