[Tutorial] - CSS Tool
CSS Tool is a program that allows to edit which characters appear in the Brawl character select screen and the order of those. It doesn't add characters or anything, that's something made by other codes not handled by the program.
If you already got those extra characters and you want to just edit the CSS, this is your tool.
